We are very flexible in terms of billing cycles, we can bill monthly, quarterly or hourly. Our team can effectively manage all levels of service; server, infrastructure, user and printer support, etc.   Our team is directly available to you at all times via helpdesk requests and open access to call our mobile phones directly. You will know each member of your team personally. This will be the team that you and your users will see most of the time and they will provide continuity in service that many other companies are unable to match.

We work with many organizations at all levels of their IT structure. In some organizations, we are the entire IT department.  In others, we act as a supplemental support staff that can be called into action when needed for projects, coverage for vacations and leave, or for consultation and management.
