A Little Bit About Eclipse Networking

Eclipse Networking, LLC is a company of IT professionals that prides itself on customer service and putting the customer needs above all else. We believe that our company succeeds when our customers are successful.  We listen to our customers and adjust our services to best fit their needs. We do not resell any hardware, which allows us to advise and consult without bias to a particular product or brand. We do not profit from hardware or software, we are genuinely trying to locate the best solutions to direct your technology funds.

We are very flexible in terms of billing cycles, we can bill monthly, quarterly or hourly. Our team can effectively manage all levels of service; server, infrastructure, user and printer support, etc.   Our team is directly available to you at all times via helpdesk requests and open access to call our mobile phones directly. You will know each member of your team personally. This will be the team that you and your users will see most of the time and they will provide continuity in service that many other companies are unable to match.

We work with many organizations at all levels of their IT structure. In some organizations, we are the entire IT department.  In others, we act as a supplemental support staff that can be called into action when needed for projects, coverage for vacations and leave, or for consultation and management. Additionally, we operate to maintain continuity between staffing changes. We have broad experience in a range of industries and products and specialize in ensuring compatibility, reliability and ease of use of information systems.
